The sign on the top is spelled wrong, Who's going to fix this. By the way it's the west facing side. and they have a Jamaican to the bottom left of the crane. Throughout the year 2025 I have been witnessing non-stop growth of the Canada’s tallest building, the Pinnacle One Yonge.I am attaching my pictures taken along with the date stamp . I have been seeing it growing taller and taller like a big Man 😉The super tall had crossed 100th floor mark, making it the first skyscraper 🏙️ to exceed 100 floors. Neve, to me, epitomizes what a real estate agent should be in today’s market. Patient, alert, sensitive, astute, an articulate educator, a prime negotiator and closer, with a keen eye for the details. Patient in listening and getting to know her clients’ desires, wants, needs and nuances through multiple interactions. Alert, sensitive and alive to those preferences and that nuance (expressed and observed), innately transforming them into real market opportunities that fit—not only searching within the desired location but also recommending areas primed to be an even better match (that’s what happened in my case). Astute and articulate in educating you about the market, its current conditions, and the strategies employed, while seamlessly working with you to guide and navigate you through the purchasing process from start to finish. A strong, razor-sharp negotiator who leverages intelligence to bridge the gap to meet her client’s needs, closing the deal. This construction shows no respect for neighbors whatsoever. Work continues around the clock with constant noise and disruption. On one occasion, an alarm/sensor was beeping for the entire night, and no one came to fix it. More recently, loose ropes and equipment hanging from the building were not properly secured, and wind caused them to bang against the structure all night long. They have absolutely no responsible person on site, especially after working hours, not even an answering phone number to report urgent issues. We recently rented our place through Rish, and honestly the whole experience was great. I had been working with another realtor before, and it felt a bit pushy and rushed, not many options and not much patience. With Rish, it was the complete opposite. Ricardo Barros worked with us on the sale of our condo over a period of 3-4 months. When we finally put the condo up for sale he provided statistics on pricing and ways to seek the right buyers. Staging was done by ReMax and when it didn’t look quite right to Ricardo, he took the initiative to make changes. The condo sold in 5 days at 99% of list price. We then had a couple of unit issues that arose and Ricardo took care of getting a plumber there within hours so the closing would not be stalled. Ricardo had a process and vision as to how the sale would unfold, even in an unpredictable world of the current market, and he was on the money. Akshay did an outstanding job helping us purchase our first home.
