We loved our experience with Tru-Line homes. After looking for many years to find the perfect home for us, we renovated our current house into our forever home including an 850sq foot addition and a 750sq ft covered deck. From the planning stage, to the shopping and designing, to the actual build, the experience was everything we would want it to be. We were super impressed with the scheduling of the trades, the quality of the work, as well as the final bill. We love our house, first time ever that I have not wanted to “look at show homes” or open houses. (My husband is also thankful) We know where we’ll turn if we ever feel the need for a reno. We have had a couple renovation projects done by True-Line and they did a fantastic job on both. Honest, upfront and the quotes were pretty much bang on the final bill which was great (no surprises that weren’t talked about). Highly recommend True-Line for renovation projects. Did our rebuild after the Fort McMurray wildfires... losing everything was the easy part... still fighting in court, costing a fortune . .. terrible quality, dishonest, only after the money... would not recommend this builder to my enemy ... will attach pictures and videos if I can figure this out .. Very poor quality work, looks ok but within a few years it looks terrible, from the ceiling to the dry wall lines, endless amount of lower quality work that they won't stand behind,cupboards all losing paint, toilet not installed right, garage heater caught on fire, glue that holds sink in on granite island was wrong and sink dropped down, carpet not installed correctly endless ,issues, they don't remember who you are, been here a few times and don't even know my name. I can post pictures for those who want.They have been here and don't warranty it so don't believe anything they say about getting it fixed. More...
