Hands down the best HR company I've worked with; if you can work with Trois I wouldn't hesitate for a second. The best thing about working with them (Jasmine is my main contact) is that they understand that HR decisions have to be balanced with business decisions. While many HR people simply look at HR from the HR lens, TROIS looks at things from a business strategy lens first, then figures out how to use the best HR practices to accomplish that business strategy. Fall 2022, a decision was made to outsource the Human Resource function with all that this entails. Areas of responsibility included but were not limited to hiring, payroll management, conflict resolution, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, and binding arbitration of documented grievances.

Within one month of being awarded the contract, Isabelle Morin and her team at Trois Collectives had already hired in excess of 40 qualified resources thus eliminating our long-standing shortfall.

HR requires strategic internal communication. For all the programs we develop, internal communication is provided, with consideration for timing, audience, and tone.

We have experience updating and creating policies in all areas of Human Resources. We have also helped businesses create or update their employee handbook.

We have many years of hands-on experience interpreting and applying Employment Standards Acts (ESAs) as internal practitioners and for clients, including supporting clients with the review of their existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the ESAs and other relevant legislation, and in helping companies gain an understanding of how to comply with ESAs when they have had limited or no experience with them.

We have developed new Health and Safety programs in organizations as well as updated outdated programs. Jasmine has served as the Management Representative on multiple Joint Health and Safety Committees.
