I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Terrence on several projects at our home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Terrence originally came to our home to repair a section of the roof that had to be opened up to address a leak originating from our upstairs bathroom. Over time, the repaired section of the roof had warped slightly, and Terrence took the initiative to come back and refinish the area to ensure that everything was properly levelled and looked as it should. What really impressed me was his determination and dedication to making sure the job was done right. He took the extra time to correct the issue and did so without charging me anything additional. That level of pride in his workmanship and commitment to his customers is something you don't see often.

After that experience, I had no hesitation in asking Terrence to take on another project — completely renovating our master bathroom and converting the existing tub into a beautiful walk-in shower. Once again, Terrence demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and patience. He took his time to ensure everything was properly levelled, aligned, finished, and functioning exactly as it should. The quality of his work and his attention to the finer details were outstanding.

Beyond his workmanship, Terrence is extremely polite, respectful, professional, and trustworthy. I have complete confidence in the work he does, and I know that when Terrence is working on a project, he genuinely cares about the end result and the satisfaction of his customer.

I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Terrence to family, friends, or anyone looking for a reliable and highly skilled contractor.
