Garage & Outbuilding Construction
Timothy does excellent work and completed construction on my 24’x26’ detached garage, I’ve marked him 4/5 stars due to the length of time it took due to a manpower issue which was largely beyond his control. Nonetheless, he did an excellent job of framing with 2 crew members, and then did the sheeting, roofing, windows and doors, insulation, drywall, and siding/soffits/facia by himself. As someone who can realistically assess construction techniques and quality, I’m very pleased with the garage. I’m now mudding, taping, sanding and painting myself, as was my intent. Tim was very quick to respond to my project posting and all of my questions and communications..
He was able to rebuild my fence exactly how I wanted them to (I wanted to reuse the original wood since they were still in descent shape).
. and even obliged when at the last minute I changed my mind where I wanted my gate..!! Luckily post holes hadn’t been dug yet..
Overall a great experience with these guys and I would highly recommend them for any project in their repertoire.

I contracted with Timothy to replace my existing wooden fence. I found him and his team to be hardworking and respectful.
The quote he gave me was slightly higher than others I had received but he was able to schedule my project almost immediately. I was pleased with the finished work overall, the fence was sturdy and level . There were a few minor cosmetic issues, but he came back promptly and corrected them.
Overall I was pleased with his work and would recommend him.
