Thrive with Maira

Working with Maira for a couple of months as been amazing. At first I was skeptical as everything is done online but I have seen major shifts in my mindset, leaving a toxic job, standing my group in relationships, finding out nutritional imbalances, the list goes on. I have been struggling with health issues since I was 19 years old and I am 31 now. I have worked on many issues with Maira using the emotion and body codes. I have felt tremendous relief and shifts both throughout our appointments and afterward. Most recently I had an appointment about the energy between myself and another woman that had felt negative or stuck for over 15 years and would cause me to second guess this person’s intentions and my own perceptions. The appointment I had about this particular issue was SO on point it was errie! I felt a huge sense of both validation of my feelings about the situation but also relief to resolve long standing recurring thoughts as a result of the relationship and interactions with this person. I have been working with Maira for some time now for myself and have absolutely felt amazing tangible shifts over time. That being said, the most profound thing I experienced was related to a child session I scheduled regarding my 7 year old and bed wetting. She had always been in pull-ups and ALWAYS woke up soaked. After just one session of her using the Emotion Code techniques, I felt much better (lighter and feeling life is good!). I also noticed that my vision was more precise, and the colors were more vibrant. I've had two sessions with Maira and just signed up for four more. Her methods to clear negative subconscious beliefs that hold us back are amazing. It's so simple, and she tells you you can do it yourself. (At the moment, I choose to let her help me.) For those of you who think that you have to "work through and re-live past traumas to get to the other side," you have been misled!
