What do you love most about your job?
The transformation that I see in peoples lives over and over continues to inspire me. It is truly a collaborative effort from end to end.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The flexibility and not being limited to the perspectives set forth by policy markers and funders. I genuinely want to make a difference in the world and believe that all things are truly possible with hard and dedication. Remember that if things don’t challenge you, it won’t change you.

My approach as a therapist is simple: helping others increase awareness and insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I believe through careful introspection and analysis we can reach a level of compassion and acceptance for ourselves and others that may pave the path to emotional and mental wellbeing; or as I like to view it, “getting realigned and redefining the vary things that may have been holding you back.”
