Our experience with Tea & Toast was fantastic! We found Jean to be very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as enthusiastic in her efforts to meet all our requests. I had been in contact earlier to try and discuss with my Aunt and she was not on board. Then we had a hospital stay and were told we had 48 hours to find a place for my Aunt. Tea and Toast were there when I left a panicked message and helped me find a place the following day. I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review.
Tracy is a very pleasant individual. She responded quickly to my first request, and the crew she sent did a good job.
However, she is seems disorganized. Her crew arrived unannounced. And her billing was inflated by over $100. FortunateIy, I had determined the hour of arrival and departure with the crew, and when challenged, Tracy accepted my version.
However, since then, despite two emails and a phone call, promising to rebook, there has been no second visit.
I have been patient: it's been an unusual summer - lots of rain and some very hot days. But one might have hoped for a call or email explaining.
So - I liked her; her crew did very good work. But they arrived unannounced, I was initially overcharged, and she appears to have abandoned me. Was it because I challenged her overbilling?

Riding the bus with an electric bunch of people ready for a fun day was an experience I'd like to repeat. Celeste made us a batch of caramel apple mini cupcakes and they were absolutely delicious! No one would ever know they’re gluten free - both our family members who require gluten free and those who don’t loved them! Quick communication, easy pick up and they were beautiful :) We also got a lemon meringue pie a couple months ago which was so pretty and tasted amazing, we’ve never had a gluten free pie crust that lived up to expectations but this one was perfect.
