Sometimes 5 stars is just not high enough! When my wife and I were going through our renovation decision in late 2023 and early 2024, we were like many other couples - entering into the vast unknown. We interviewed four different firms (3 of whom came recommended by our architect) and Tercet was a standout for us. We evaluated everyone on the basis of quality, integrity and pricing transparency - and Tercet stood out on all three criteria from the very beginning until the very end (and beyond) of our project. The quality of their work is impeccable, and they only bring through high quality trading partners. They pay attention to every detail (big and small) as they understand you are investing in your home for the long-term. Adam is an amazing, high-character person, who takes real pride in his work. We have been working with Tercet on plans to build our forever home since 2022. As our plans changed and we continued to look for the right property, they were with us every step of the way, giving us an honest opinion of whether we would be able to achieve what we wanted from the space. Once we ultimately found the right home, they worked with us to make the space exactly what we wanted, while always keeping their eye on our budget. When surprises emerged (and they always do when you are renovating an old house), they were completely transparent with us and offered us multiple solutions and ways to fit them into our budget without sacrificing on our overall vision for the house. They kept in constant contact with us and really put us at ease through a stressful process. Most importantly, their dedication to the project and attention to every little detail cannot be overstated. Even a few months since our move in, they continue to check in on the house to ensure that there are no issues. And there aren’t. Even with our tight timeline, they were able to deliver us a beautiful custom home that fully meets our needs.
