At Techserveus Inc., we manage all projects under strict engineering (P. Eng) and project management (PMP) standards. While we understand that construction timelines can be stressful, this custom ADU project at 17 Victor Blvd faced unavoidable structural and client-driven delays. Specifically, your initial design documents omitted critical details for underpinning and shoring. These engineered safety systems were legally required for the site, introducing unforeseen engineering and municipal approval phases. Furthermore, you requested multiple subsequent design changes while expecting the baseline 6-month timeline to remain unchanged. As professionals, we refuse to compromise structural safety or regulatory compliance to rush a timeline. We maintain complete documentation of these changes and will address all remaining contractual matters through formal channels.
