Techserveus offers engineering and general contracting services for residential and commercial construction and renovation projects, including; new homes, full home/building remodeling and refurbishing, home addition/extension, and renovation/finishing of basements for legal and/or in-law suites.
During project execution, we offer engineering consultancy services to our clients for designing, drawings, and obtaining building permits.
Contractor for Special Projects
Techserveus provides engineering, construction and project management services for even the most complex of residential buildings extensions/additions, remodeling and renovations, including; conversion of existing basement to legal basement, removal of load bearing walls for open concepts, construction of sun room, addition of second level apartments, extension of residential buildings for additional dwelling units, remodeling/refurbishing of kitchen space, and renovation of ensuite/general use bathrooms. We also provides engineering, construction and project management services for extensions/additions, remodeling and renovations for commercial buildings.
