What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret sauce, but it's easy to get analysis paralysis looking around online for the best way to achieve your results. At BPM, our Team learns as much as we can about where you're at, creates a plan, and attacks your goals together.
What do you love most about your job?
I've been a Personal Trainer for 18-years (since High School). Over my career, I've had the opportunity to mentor many novice Trainers, as well as build an amazing Team of Trainers who, together, have helped thousands of Victorians achieve life-changing results. I'm so proud of our Team, our clients, and mostly the community of inclusivity and positivity we have fostered at BPM. Every day I get to do what I love, around people I love and wouldn't have it any other way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had the pleasure to train a ton of very successful entrepreneurs and I've never been scared to take risks. I began training clients out of my home gym, then opened a spin studio, then opened the fitness centre and things grew and grew! I love every aspect of being a business owner.

I've trained hundreds of clients around the World and continue to help individuals online and remotely. Our Team includes Trainers who specialize in online training and we utilize Apps, educational materials, and constant accountability protocols to help you no matter your location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
BPM's facility has always adhered to all COVID-19 mandates and protocols. We provide a very clean, organized, and well-ventilated facility to ensure our services are hygienic and safe. Our clients range from young (11-years old) to "veteran" (90-years old) and we'd never do anything to put anyone at risk.
Personal Training
Every private Personal Training session is 1-hour in length and includes a program custom tailored to your needs and goals. Your Trainer is deeply committed to your results, so with compassion (and sometimes a little tough love) we work together to build a consistent routine. New clients will also receive 2 free passes to try BPM classes, a BPM towel, water bottle, liquid chalk, AND 2 free sessions (plus 2 for your friend) any time you refer someone who starts training as well.
Registered Massage Therapy
Each RMT session is 30 to 60-minutes individualized to your wants and needs, which we assess on a day to day basis. Gauge will educate and guide you in the right direction by providing a thorough assessment and hands on treatment. We’re all at different stages of change, growth and development and Gauge aims to meet you where you’re at.
Group Fitness Classes
BPM provides clients with 5 class types to choose from, which all focus on varying degrees of strength, conditioning, and mobility. Each class is held in our large warehouse-style studio featuring high-ceilings, ample air flow, tons of natural light, and enough fitness equipment for a NFL team! Whether you're looking to get stronger, build muscle, lose weight, move better, or just feel better BPM's classes are great for any skill level. Semi-Private Personal Training
Life's better with a friend! Receive all the benefits of one-on-one Personal Training with the added camaraderie and accountability. Our semi-private Personal Training sessions are 2-4 people and focus on collective goals while having a ton of fun. PLUS, you save money!
30-Minute Training
This NEW and exclusive Training style is for the busy professional who knows their body, knows their goal, and is ready for an efficient and effective session. Our Trainers will craft a focused session dedicated to your particular area of focus whatever it may be. And you'll save some time and money!
Registered Nutrition
BPM's Registered Holistic Nutritionist is here to help with all your nutrition needs. Whether its Coaching, a meal plan, help with healthy habits, or hormones our Team has the experience and tools to help you succeed no matter the budget.
