While I am a big believer in energy transfer; I was quite suspect of Reiki as a treatment as this was my first time. I absolutely loved the backyard natural ambiance, Sarah Is simply awesome.
It was my first time trying abhyangha massage so my expectations could be off.
I typically get a deep tissue massage and this is different. The massage is not that deep.
At the end of the session I came out feeling completely relaxed. Worth the try.
