Thorough research is essential before inviting this company into your home. We gave them ample time to fix all the issues.
I regret to update my review regarding a paint project they completed for us. They suggested using spray paint but lacked the necessary experience, which led to significant damage in our home. While using apprentices is acceptable, they did not provide adequate supervision to ensure quality work.
We faced persistent issues despite our patience with the owner, who frequently mentioned being too busy with expansion plans. The owner was more talkative than attentive to customer concerns, a lack of listening that ultimately reflects poorly on their business practices.
We attempted multiple arrangements for them to return and rectify the many deficiencies, but their 90-day warranty seemed more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine commitment to customer service. We also had to bear additional paint costs for underestimated project expenses. Unfortunately, ongoing scheduling conflicts and poor communication forced us to hire another company to fix their mistakes.
The overspray damaged our expensive indoor trees, new appliances, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Moreover, removing the painters' tape harmed our ceilings and baseboards, while the spray paint left unsightly lines, paint bubbles, and a rough texture reminiscent of sandpaper on every wall.
After months of trying to get them to return, it has become evident that the community should be informed about our experience. We have documented evidence available for anyone interested. Overall, this company did not deliver the promised quality of work.

Hello Caroline, I spent 5 days working on your painting project. Which wasn't easy, since you had two other companies working on the construction of your basement and the other for your bathroom, which was upstairs where I was working with my employee. This slowed me down a lot, because they would go right over the areas I was protecting to give you a high-quality final product. You didn't let me finish and even though 95% of the work was done, you didn't pay me. I did the impossible for you and you didn't even recognize it. I RECOGNIZE THOSE WHO ABUSE THEIR POWER.
