What do you love most about your job?
We deal with all manner of tenants across the spectrum, matching the appropriate tenant to a suitable property. The constant interaction of matching people needing housing with people offering housing is fascinating. Anything could happen today.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent more than a decade in other real estate offices we decided it was time to start our own. We enjoyed the challenge of increased training and responsibility and were rewarded with increased return for our efforts. We are creating our destiny.

We offer one on one consultation and a personal touch on the monthly interactions if necessary that come with property management. Our Tenants know us, and we offer the same approachable, problem solving attitude to them. We are owners and landlords personally, so it's not a job for us, it's a passion.

This is a people business. We use the telephone, email and text to communicate Owners and Tenants. We have a web portal. We use auto debit to collect rents and auto credit to pay our Owners. But we rely on personal contact to meet and screen potential tenants and if there are issues, we react personally to the problem, arrange and supervise any tradespeople or other professionals who may be involved, and interact personally with Tenants and Owners to consult and arrive at strategic solutions.
Having said that, we have owners who we do not see from one year's end to the next. Some owners we have not ever seen since they live in Vancouver, Toronto or even in a foreign country like the U.S.A or New Zealand or the UK. We have owners who have never actually seen the property we manage for them!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the Covid protocols as mandated by the Province or City from time to time.
