Justin is a very nice young man, and he does work very diligently.
I know that I asked for a garden tidy up, but did not expect just the tops cut off, as they grow again quickly.
I am a senior and unable to keep yard tidy , so I feel let down .
Because we cannot afford $480 every 2 or 3 months. because weeds have grown again. Justin did blow off excess leaves etc.
