Flat Rate - $189/month - Property and rental management for properties with long term leases including 24/7 tenant relations, rent collection and more.
Multiple Unit Rental Management
Flat Rate - $164/month - Property management for 3 or more rental properties.
Short Term Furnished Rental Management
18% of Rental Revenue plus Cleaning Fees for leases up to 6 months.
For furnished suites rented longer than 6 months, the rate becomes our standard flat rate of $179/month.
Multifamily Rental Purpose Investment Property Management
We build stand-alone businesses around each multi-family property. A transparent experience where your rents / security deposits are held in an individual trust account, invoices paid from a dedicated operating account with complete transparency and your involvement set exactly as you’d like it.
