We reported mold growth in our bedrooms repeatedly for months even sending photos. We had terrible allergies. They did nothing to fix it.

Shanti was great to deal with, but a couple of the team members were very unreasonable.

Also, if they promise you something, make sure they write it down to you in an email, because they will forget and you are dealing with so many people that it will be so quickly forgotten. Ripple is a very poor Property Management company. Alexes never returns emails or follows ups from any phone calls. Ripple has failed to handle management requirement such as handling of taxes and letting tenants run up damages and code violations to the property without proper inspection.
