I have to say Refinity Homes is extremely streamlined and no ambiguity involved. In case I had a concern or issue it was answered via email or a phone call asap.
They are very fast with leasing especially with scheduling showings which is all automated and keeps the landlord updated with concrete and tangible updates and recommendations with pricing.

Refinity Homes, they're the real deal! No kidding, they got tenants for my places in a single weekend. If that doesn't scream efficiency, I don't know what does! Been with them for 2 years now, and they've been taking care of five of my properties like absolute pros. It's like I've offloaded my stress onto them, and they've been just fine with it. They're quick as lightning, but also super professional, keeping me in the loop and all. I can actually chill knowing my properties aren't going to implode or something. Refinity Homes has done a excellent job keeping us updated on the state of the property - we love the responsive and transparent communication from both the leasing side and the property maintenance side!
I certainly appreciate the planning, strategy, detail oriented approach, regular status updates, openness about the current market, etc, etc. The tenant they found has been worry free for me, have not heard any complains, so things are going smooth! So really good so far and I have very high standards!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our founder started the company after immigrating to Canada with only $8000 in his pocket. He experienced firsthand the ups and downs of property management and leasing in Canada. He decided that at the time nobody would deliver the consistent, trustworthy, and worry-free way of life that our founder envisioned for both homeowners and residents.
