Sona and her team was really good !! Got Refresh contact through Bark for a move in deep cleaning, called them and explained the need and she immediately sent a quotation and after a day I called back her and she requested for a visit, so that she can give more accurate quotation. I am really glad she did the visit, because after seeing face to face and being in the premise it was easy to explain and discuss what all we needed, we fixed the price and the package, I requested for few add-ons like cleaning the garage and she was kind enough to include it. She and her team arrived sharp on time with 4 members they didn't waste any time, was very professional and did a tremendous job, especially the refrigerator and the bathroom were so dirty, but her team made it look shining, I did check the house few times in between and they were doing great job. Bien déçu(e) par les services de cette entreprise de nettoyage. Voici les principaux problèmes auxquels j'ai été confronté(e) : Nettoyage de mauvaise qualité : L'appartement est resté poussiéreux, les sols mal nettoyés, et la saleté dans les coins et sous les meubles n'a pas été touchée. On a l'impression que le nettoyage a été fait à la va-vite et de manière superficielle. Personnel non qualifié : Les employés n'avaient clairement pas l'expérience et les compétences nécessaires. De plus, ils étaient grossiers et peu accueillants. Retard : L'équipe est arrivée avec deux heures de retard sans prévenir, ce qui a perturbé mes plans pour la journée. En conséquence, le nettoyage s'est terminé bien plus tard que prévu. Absence de matériel et de produits appropriés : Les employés n'ont pas apporté le matériel et les produits de nettoyage nécessaires. J'ai dû fournir les miens, ce qui n'était pas prévu. Problèmes de communication : Il était très difficile de joindre le responsable pour clarifier les détails et déposer des plaintes. J'ai dû rappeler plusieurs fois et laisser des messages qui sont restés longtemps sans réponse. En fin de compte, j'ai dépensé de l'argent et du temps pour un service qui ne répondait même pas aux attentes minimales. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise de nettoyage ! More...
