My husband and I had the pleasure in using the ORCADO group in our new multi-family duplex built in Burnaby BC. The whole team was extremely knowledgeable in their craft and made the experience of building a lot easier. They are very effective with their time management by making deadlines but also having incredible craftsmanship and very good quality in work. What guarantee does your work come with?
For Electrical work: 1 year parts and 6 months labour guarantee
For Residential Renovations: 6 months materials and labour guarantee
For new builds:
2 5 10 Warranty:
2 years' coverage on labour and materials as follows (some limitations apply):
o 12 months’ coverage for defects in material and labour for your unit
o 24 months' coverage for defects in material and labour for major systems (heating, electrical, plumbing,
etc.)
• 5 years’ coverage on the building envelope, including coverage on unintended water penetration
• 10 years’ coverage on major structural items

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our vision was to be the best at what we do, and after tinkering with a few colleagues/organizations in the past; we decided that we would like to have a systemized approach to the way the building process works. The only way to do it was to branch off on our own.
Example: Looking into the daily schedule of our clients and seeing if there are any ways we can make their lives easier; taking the information given to us and bringing the ideas to life.
-Automation, which side of the stove is the spice rack on? Fridge? Dishwasher? How to incorporate a daily routine into a home.

Lots of things can be discussed via zoom or email and pics, but the best consolations and ideas are discussed on person with layouts being able to be drawn up.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure our employees are tested as soon as any symptoms may arise and make sure they are using gloves throughout the full build process.
We also make the washing of hands
extremely important. Every 2 hours there are reminders given.
