What do you love most about your job?
I love being creative, especially regarding IT support and problem-solving. Whether I’m installing new Cat6 cables, connecting networks and servers, or repairing PCs and laptops, I enjoy finding solutions and making things work. I also take pride in setting up and repairing security systems like cameras and doorbells—it’s rewarding to know I’m helping people stay connected and secure.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for technology and problem-solving is what inspired me to start my own business. I’ve always enjoyed fixing things, setting up networks, and helping people with their IT needs. Over time, I realized I could turn that passion into a service—offering reliable support for everything from PC repairs to network installations and security systems. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to be creative, take on challenges, and make a real difference for my clients.

Yes, depending on the service, I can provide both online and remote support. For many IT issues, I can assist clients over the phone or by remotely connecting to their PC or laptop to diagnose and fix problems. This makes it fast and convenient for clients who need help without an on-site visit. For more hands-on tasks like wiring, installations, or physical repairs, I provide in-person service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my customers safe during COVID-19, I followed all recommended health and safety guidelines. I wore masks, used hand sanitizer before and after each visit, and sanitized my tools and equipment regularly. I also offered remote support whenever possible to minimize in-person contact. My goal was always to protect both my clients and myself while still providing reliable and timely service.
