In May 2023, we had a roof leak after the first heavy rain. Markelangelo's managed to get here sooner than we thought they'd be able to and after a brief time, they fixed the entire problem. Today they replaced our skylight. They came right when they said they would and did a really nice job. We are very happy with this new skylight. Now in Nov. 2025, we had water coming into the dryer exhaust, once again, Markelangelo's sent someone to check it out and withing a week, they sent two really friendly and competent staff who replaced the vent and solved the problem lickety-split. Nothing but positives to say about Marklangelo's. For the longest time all of our roofing needs were handled in-house as I come from a family of roofers. As they're now retired, had to look for an outside firm. Didn't have to go far. Family members and acquaintances all spoke highly of Markelangelo's. From the initial contact with a sales consultant to the final inspection of the roof, process has been seamless. I'm so happy with my new roof! From the estimate through the final inspection, it was a great experience. Ladies in particular, if you're tired of trades people treating you like you know nothing, these guys are worth reaching out to. I was treated with respect through the whole experience. Where the weather has been making scheduling quite changeable and challenging, the crew stayed until after 6pm on a Friday to get the job done while the weather was good. Clean up was excellent. I recently had Markelangelo’s Roofing to do a minor repair to my roof ,which they originally had installed years ago and to also install a gutter leaf guard. Through the whole process I was impressed with the service,ongoing communication and the work of professional and knowledgeable employees. As a senior operations manager, I am impressed with Markelangelo! I needed to get our roof fixed as it was missing a few shingles but was dreading the process and finding the right company. My expectations were high for quality work and no waiting on the phone and the goal was to find a company in the east end that would quickly provide a quote and get the work completed. It took 5 days from the initial phone call to getting the roof fixed, incredible! I hired Markelangelo's for a roof repair - I had a gable roof and a couple of roof vents that needed repairing. I couldn't be happier with the entire process: everything from the initial call, the estimator and the roofer who did the work were top notch. Price was excellent and the estimator was able to give me a quote on the spot. I signed digitally and had the roof repaired the following week. I was able to make an appointment within a very few days to replace a 34-year-old set of roof cables which had become faulty and come adrift with the winter ice, and were hanging down, a few feet dangling over the edge of the roof. The craftsman came at the appointed time and completed the work efficiently, tidily and carefully, and within the estimated cost. Markelangelo’s Inc. is a terrific Ottawa area roofer. Starting with the sales rep, Kevin, who patiently and professionally responded to all my concerns and provided a detailed quote, to the installation team that arrived on time, completed the roof within a day, cleaned up after themselves and again, responded to my questions, to Amber in the office handling scheduling and invoicing, it was a very positive experience in this negative time!

I had Kevin provide an estimate for my attic insulation, and he was very prompt in responding to my request and getting the proposal ready quickly. The installation team, led by Stephen, did an outstanding job. He was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. On top of that, he went above and beyond by checking my roof and fixing broken shingles, even though it wasn’t part of the contract. He truly treated the job as if he were working on his own home. Very competitive quote using identical materials listed on competitor's bid. Mark took the time to explain everything to us, answered a lot of questions. Dropped off colour sample boards and provided addresses of homes with shingle colours we were interested in. The work crew was excellent. Very nice people and extremely efficient. Full crew for 1 full day, smaller crew for part of the next day. Clean-up was very good and detailed. Danny (crew chief) was very diligent - kept in contact about progress and questions. A very upfront and honest company who provided a full white gloved service. Everyone we dealt with every step of the way way courteous, polite, and very enthusiastic about what they were doing. We needed a roof repair done before the upcoming winter, and found Markelangelo's Roofing. The estimate was thorough, detailed, and came in under two other companies. The work was scheduled quickly, and the office staff is fantastic to deal with over the phone. The professionalism and workmanship from this company was outstanding. I had a small issue which was related to the eavestrough and had nothing to do with the roof but they checked with me twice after rainstorms to see if i was satisfied and even corrected the positioning of the eavestrough to correct the issue. Markelangelo took on a relatively small job for me that I had trouble finding other roofers willing to do, just replacing a skylight. Their price was very reasonable, they were great at communicating, and the workers on site were courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves.
