Liliana @ Mancini Catering Kitchen went above board for us to make sure that everything went smoothly while we are grieving.
Communications ran smoothly, and I had no worries that we were going to get everything we needed.. In the end, I put it in her (Liliana) hands and was not disappointed in the least. We had a limited budget and she was able to work within that and still provide more than enough food.
I asked for food for 25 people and we fed at least 35 or 40.
She had very short notice only a few days, but managed to put together a menu that catered to everyone of my guests with food allergies and gluten intolerance. The spread they put out which they arranged for me was absolutely beautiful and more importantly it was delicious. Guests commented on how good the food was.
