Q&As

I love helping business professionals uncover their potential and lead with purpose.

As a five-time Canadian Formation Skydiving record holder with nearly 1000 skydives, I love doing three things for people: making death less weird, risk more fun, and reframing failure as learning.

Through keynote presentations, individual coaching sessions, or group workshops, I offer practical guidance to face transitions with clarity.

I have worked as a freelancer and independent contractor for over 25 years throughout my portfolio career, even when I was employed full time.

I was recently restructured out of my last role and am now 100% freelance. I enjoy the flexibility and diversity freelance works brings.

As a modern day renaissance woman with a portfolio career in writing, editing, production and public speaking, I am constantly seeking new audiences where I can make a difference.

I'm here to help you move through transition with courage instead of fear. Because fear of the unknown is actually potential. Possibility. Opportunity.

If you are navigating change and struggling with uncertainty, I’m here to remind you that you don’t have all the time in the world to start again. And that’s a good thing. By sharing my failures and mistakes, I am living proof that showing up is more than half the battle.

Start before you’re ready.
Growth is waiting for you on the other side of fear.
Elevate your perspective.

Yes. I offer virtual options of my presentations on Zoom or Teams. I tailor the interactive portions of the presentation to make them online-friendly.

People are free to wear a mask during my presentations if they choose.
