We are currently in the process of signing renovation contracts with Lacey. We did our homework and had several companies give us quotes. Not only is Lacey helping us achieve our goals with our budget, but they made us feel just as important as their clients who have much larger more expensive projects. This is our second project using Lacy. This project was more of a 'help us get started and we will finish it'. So Lacy levelled the basement floor and installed insulated Dri-core over the whole floor. They then roughed in some walls and finished a few walls and installed vinyl flooring over the whole floor. We have to finish a room and do the lighting, etc.
This was a huge help to us. As it is a cabin that we are only able to get to on some weekends, Lacys crew put us ahead almost a year.
Our Project Manager was Simon Poulton and he is always trying to do what the home owners vision is. I talked to him a lot on both of our projects and he always went the extra mile for us. We have a third project in mind and we will be contacting Lacy again for that. The only issue we have ever had is getting the Lacy crews time, they are so popular and there is so much work they are doing.
They are Pro's and they have the knowledge and quality to work on your project and meet deadlines and meet budgets and that is what you need.

We had Lacey's do a complete renovation of are bathroom in April of 2017 and they did a very high quality job. So we had them back this last summer to renovate the top floor of are house and also do new windows,siding,insulation and decking. All the staff from the project lead to all the workers were great to work with. All work was high quality and on budget. Hope to have them back soon to do a complete kitchen renovation. I am writing this review for anyone looking for a Professional and reliable home construction and renovation Contractor.
Our experience with Lacey Developments and their staff exceeded our expectations to say the least.
My wife and I are no strangers to home renovations and would like to publicly thank Lacey Developments for doing an excellent job at our home.
Their staff are courteous, professional and call you back in a timely manner.
Their quality of work is of the finest I have ever seen and they have set their standards bar very high indeed.
Our first contact with Lacey was Simon Poulton, Project Manager, whom I found to be very knowledgeable, easy to relate to and he helped guide us through our project from start to finish
Simon's honesty, integrity and attention to detail was so appreciated.
His quote was competitive and costs due to anything expected were fair and discussed in advance.
In closing, I will not hesitate to reach out to Lacey Developments to assist me with future constructions projects I may be involved in.
They get a five star rating from my wife & I and if there is a higher rating they no doubt deserve it.

The team at Lacey took our ideas and made them into a beautiful reality. We needed to add a bedroom in our basement, which would involve cutting a new window, creating a new hallway, a new closet and two new doors. In addition there was a plumbing repair, a new bathroom fan to install and and finally cutting another window in our upstairs bathroom. Simon has plenty of construction knowledge and could advise us as to the best way to get things done properly, so they would be functional and look great in our space. He got the right people in to do their part at the right time and he continually kept in close contact with us, letting us know what would be happening next. Anthony and Brady were super nice to deal with and made unbelievably fast progress with framing walls, doors and the windows. Kevin did a masterful job finishing the drywall and man did he get it done fast and clean. Same with the painting, so professional. Rachel and Kevin did an outstanding job with all the trim work. The plumbing repair was well done and the new bathroom fan was installed without a hitch. Alex the electrician was able to rewire the lights without cutting any walls so they make sense in the new configuration of rooms and hallways and also installed the new electrical outlets and forced air heaters, once again expertly and speedily done. Every day when the various workers were done, they always left the place tidy and the work was completed for the price we were quoted. Lacey Construction were very professional from the beginning. I had a few contractors come through our home before them, so I had an idea what costs were were expecting. Their quote was fair and they used the highest quality products. I could not have found such a great cabinet maker on my own.
Previously, we were the "do-it-yourself" types, but with two young children it was difficult to get anything done and we were fed up with our kitchen. Lacey worked well with us to get the renovation done and helped us to keep the costs down by working with us to demolish.
Lacey also made custom doors for an under stairs closet that we were hoping for, it turned out really nice.

In 2016 our family decided to renovate the guest rooms in our 62 year old inn.
After reviewing several quotes we made the decision to award the contract to Lacey Construction because of their great reputation for quality work.

We had Lacey Construction build our dream home in Lake Errock BC, the building site was extremely challenging as was the house design. The finished product was more than we could have hoped for, and we absolutely love our new home!
