Businesses don't see what us accountants see in the background. We might give only a few .pdf documents to read, but there could be so much useful history on a client's file that we have in our system. A great accountant is educated in knowing what information to use to save tax. There are timing differences and strategies that only accountants are aware of, and if not used, a taxpayer can miss out on so much money. Some of us cut our own hair, but not all of us are as good as our experienced hair dresser! :-S

We have not had a physical office since 2013, therefore we didn't have to make any changes to keep our clients safe. Our clients have always been given the wonderful opportunity to meet us sitting in their own living room, office or on the beach!
