Id like to share my absolutely amazing experience working with kelsey recently for an engagement idea I've been working on for over a year.
I reached out to kelsey regarding an engagement proposal plan I had which involved horse's, decoration and photography. On october 18th, 2025 at the ranch equitaz location we pulled off the most beautiful proposal possible. With amazing communication and undevided attention, Kelsey was able to make my dream a reality. She coordinated all the deco, music and of course horseback riding and laid it out so perfect that there was no hiccups whatsoever.
This proposal went so smoothly and my fiance was over the moon.
I honestly cant thank Kelsey enough for all her hard work and for making this all possible for us. We highly recommend her services to all!

From our first conversation, I knew Kelsey was the best person to plan my event. She is ready and able to handle all your event planning needs from decorating, rentals and setup, plus the catering.
She is experienced with handling all of the vendors, which saves you money and time.
I had an outdoor event, which required everything. I had a balloon garland, high top tables with gorgeous centrepieces, and luckily Kelsey and I decided to rent a tent. It rained. My guests were dry and cozy.
Usually, I lose sleep while planning everything myself.
Handing the responsibility to Kelsey was a relief. She handled the whole show, so I could enjoy my guests.

I hired Kelsey to be my caterer for my baby shower in November 2023. The suggested menu was perfect for a group of 45 people. Communication was easy, she responded quickly, and my budget was well respected without having to compromise. Kelsey went above and beyond to meet my needs as one of my guests had a complicated health situation (she's diabetic, celiac AND lactose intolerant). A special dish was made just for her, checked all the boxes and was even packaged separately to avoid cross contamination. How awesome is that ? Kelsey was amazing from start to finish. We catered for an outdoor backyard wedding for 50 people. The team (Kelsey, Leo and Stephan) were very efficient, friendly, approachable, helpful and down to earth.
The food was wonderful (I had the veal for the main course and it melted in my mouth). The entrees were also well diversified and very appropriate for this type of event. We had a great bartender (mixologist) and everyone appreciated it.
The reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 was due to the equipment caterer who was not as pleasant to deal with as the Semolina folks…

Bonjour, Semolina catered our staff party this summer. The experience was 5/5. All my guests were very pleased with the quality and taste of the food
The only issue is that I ran out of coffee
