I had been contacted by Ryan for a quote for my garden. He came over and looked at my yard and then sent a quote. I had some questions about the quote that I asked him via text because there was no answer on the phone but he did not answer. I waited for a week for just a phone call that he promised and then suddenly one day he responded that his phone was broken so did not get my messages. Again no response or call back from him though I asked for it. Next thing know I got a $100 bill for consultation. I again emailed them asking me to call and discuss it with me. Next came a collection letter. After 3 requests to contact me I finally gave up and sent the $100. Total fraud company. I don’t think they should be allowed on this website. More...

Hi Ashee, I will confirm with Ryan as he is quite thorough with his landscape designs and quotes. We do charge for site visits and quotes so the $100 charge is quite typical for the consultation fee. I will confirm with him regarding the design quote to see what the current status of the estimate is. Just to confirm, may I ask when the original consultation was? thank you Rob Hi Ashee, I just confirmed with Ryan on the details and he had been in contact with you and had provided a detailed quote as well as some designs for you. He had indicated that he had spent some time with your project, but you had some gardeners that were providing some of the services already. He also indicated that the price for the stone steps and patio was too high for your budget. I took a look at the quote and it seems fair for the amount of work required. Hi Lily, I had sent a complete design to you as well as a revised quote for the tree transplanting. My apologies as I had not received any voice mail, but I had always responded to your emails. One had been received while I was away and I replied once I returned. If you are still only looking for the tree transplanting, I would still only suggest to move them in the fall season.

Hi Colleen, I spoke with Ryan and he had sent a request on May 25th but had not heard back from you. He is out for the afternoon but will be back in the office tomorrow morning.
