Remove any dirt or debris from the burners and flame sensor to ensure efficient combustion.
Inspect the heat exchanger for cracks or corrosion, which could cause dangerous carbon monoxide leaks.
Check blower assembly, including the blower wheel, housing, and motor.
Examine all electrical connections, wiring, and controls- ensure gas lines & connections are secure and leak-free.
Check the flue and venting system for blockages, corrosion, or leaks.
Clean and adjust pilot light has flame and ensure condensate drain clear of blockages.
