John and his team did a bathroom renovation for us consisting of 3 rooms (2 half bathrooms and 1 shower). They did an amazing job of updating the 3 rooms with a bright new look including tiled floor and shower with glass door, new toilets, vanities, lighting and paint for walls trim and ceiling.
Their work was really well done and affordable for all the work put in.
Highly recommend working with JMJ as they are efficient, honest and easy to work with.

I cannot recommend him enough!! I have never had a better experience when dealing with a contractor like I have with John.
Beyond just the incredible work that he does, he is so easy to work with, and was very considerate of our budget and didn’t make us feel like we needed to spend more than we had to get what we needed.
We initially hired him to help re-caulk our bathtub which quickly turned into the bathroom being fully renovated. But we had a good feeling about John and couldn’t be more happy with how quick, efficient and skillful he is.
He will be the first person we call to book in for our next renovation.

John is an absolute legend.
In a day and a half, this man:
1) Removed my existing bathroom vanity + sink & faucet
2) Removed the mirror
3) Removed the vanity light fixture
4) Tore out the baseboards
5) Removed the exhaust fan cover
6) Mudded, primed, and painted over dark blue walls with light coloured paint (many layers thick). Also painted my ceiling due to water stains. Replaced vent cover.
7) Fixed the plumbing issues for (3) sinks around the house and added shut off valves for all
8) Replaced a leaky kitchen faucet
9) Did the flooring in the bathroom
9) Installed the new vanity
10) Hung the new mirror
11) Installed the new light fixture
12) Replaced the baseboards
13) Caulked everything (very clean work)
14) Mounted the new wall cabinet
15) Put a smile on my family's face
Bonus points:
Went above and beyond what I was expecting as per the quote. He treated my bathroom as if he was working in his own home.
He kept the area clean and safe when he was done. He knew I had a toddler so he was extra careful not to leave anything that could endanger her.
Great attitude, radiates professionalism, and has an unnatural level of focus. One of the hardest workers I've ever met. Runs his business ethically and prices are very fair considering his skill level. And I don't think he ever said a curse word which I can't say the same for myself if I were to do all that work.
Exceeded my expectations in all aspects and I can't describe the quality of life improvements he has made to our household. I no longer experience water torture of dripping faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. 11/10 in customer service and satisfaction and I highly recommend him. I will be a repeat customer.

The J.M.J RENOVATIONS remodeled my bathtub into a shower. The bathroom turned out great, with the handrails and shelves I asked for.
John had to contact the building management company to get permission to do certain things. I didn't know about the need for such permission. Thanks to John for being aware of this and taking it upon himself to communicate with the manager.

Johnny was incredibly quick to respond to my small request for handy work, and just as quick coming next day to do what needed to be done.
Johnny brings a warm and endearing attitude, and made me feel comfortable with having a total stranger in my home. He offered me options in terms of what needed to be done and how it could be done. Not only did Johnny perfectly hang my curtain rods, he hung the drapes and secured everything before leaving - not what I expected or anticipated.

JMJ Renovations did a fantastic job of renovating my bathroom!
I was having difficulty in completing a renovation project and John responded to my request for assistance immediately.
What was impressive to me was the speed and quality of work that he and his team completed. My house is old (built in 1885) and nothing is square or easy for renovation to say the least.
John and his team completed the work quickly and kept me well informed of the progress and answered all my questions.

I was so impressed from the beginning. Johnny answered my request right away. We needed some tree branches removed. Although he was prepared to come out the same day we agreed on the next day.
He was very professional and friendly. He worked fast and was very thorough. He even vacuumed up the small twigs and leaves. The amount that he charged was very reasonable. All in all we were very pleased and plan to use his services again.
