Prolonged stress and burnout can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unable to think clearly, especially when life feels like it’s piling up faster than you can cope.
I offer practical, short-term coaching support for stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, helping you slow things down, regulate your nervous system, and regain enough clarity to make steady next steps.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping creative people get unstuck, find out what is blocking them, and find their passion for creating again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I discovered that I wanted a change, to embrace who I actually was and not who I had been told to be. I finally admitted I was an Artist. Then I learned how to use what I knew about stress, burnout, and creativity from having worked with people in stress management, tai chi, and more. I got myself out of creative block. Helping others is now part of my business in a totally different way from the old career.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide most of my services online. We would be using Zoom for our calls. If recorded, you get yours as part of the service.
Stress, Burnout, and Crisis Coaching
I’m Janice Webber, a stress and burnout coach who works with individuals experiencing overwhelm, exhaustion, and creative or professional shutdown.
My work is coaching-based, not counseling or therapy. I support clients through structured conversations, stress-regulation practices, and practical tools that help them stabilize, regain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.
Coaching focuses on the present and forward movement, not diagnosis, treatment, or emotional processing of past trauma. Sessions are designed to help you understand what’s contributing to your stress right now and develop realistic ways to manage it more effectively.
My approach is calm, grounded, and supportive. I don’t push, fix, or pressure. I help you slow things down, reconnect with your capacity, and take steady next steps.
This service is offered in scheduled coaching sessions only and does not replace mental health counseling, therapy, or emergency support.
My role is to help you feel more resourced and less alone, so you can move forward with greater steadiness and self-trust.
I offer a calm, respectful space for people who need support without pressure or judgment.
