I had an excellent experience working with Jako from Jako Renovation. He is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and renovations, and he took the time to patiently answer all of my questions before and during the project.
He was honest, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process.
His team was respectful, neat, and kept the work area clean every day. They did a fantastic job installing my SPC vinyl flooring and painting, and the final result looks great.
Jako also understands the rules and requirements for working in Toronto condos, which made the whole renovation process smooth and stress-free.

We hired Jako to install a vinyl basement floor. It literally fell apart after one year. Tiles came up and chipped as you walk on them. We contacted him over a period of 5 months and he gave us excuse after excuse as to why he could not come to investigate what the problem was. He usually said he was too busy. We were very patient. He even had us send him many videos and pictures. He always put us off until eventually he no longer responded to any of my text messages or phone calls. I regret recommending him to other family members early on as he is not honest and has no integrity. Very disappointed! Buyer Beware! More...
