After two decades in senior HR and executive roles across North America and Europe, I saw firsthand how often people strategy was treated as an afterthought, yet it’s what drives business success. I started InspirePath to help growing organizations run better through their people. I wanted the freedom to work with values-aligned leaders, bring fresh thinking, and make a meaningful impact where it matters most.

We combine deep HR expertise with real-world executive experience. Unlike traditional consultants, we’ve led from the inside, adjusting strategy, scaling teams, and driving business results. We focus on aligning people strategy with business goals, strengthening leadership, and building high-performing cultures. Clients value our practical approach, strategic mindset, and ability to deliver results that stick.

We offer our services remotely and are based in the Lower Mainland, BC. When needed, we’re happy to travel to client sites across Canada and USA for key meetings or facilitated sessions.
