What do you love most about your job?
I love helping leaders see the potential in their people and in themselves. Watching teams gain clarity, grow stronger, and start pulling in the same direction is incredibly rewarding. Every engagement is different, but the common thread is impact: when people strategy clicks, businesses scale with more confidence, purpose, and momentum. That’s the part that fuels me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After two decades in senior HR and executive roles across North America and Europe, I saw firsthand how often people strategy was treated as an afterthought, yet it’s what drives business success. I started InspirePath to help growing organizations run better through their people. I wanted the freedom to work with values-aligned leaders, bring fresh thinking, and make a meaningful impact where it matters most.
