Born out of necessity during Covid-19, our virtual service allows clients experiencing unprecedented stressors an opportunity to have a counsellor provide support in the convenience and safety of your own home.

Born out of necessity during Covid-19, our service allows clients experiencing unprecedented stressors an opportunity to have a counsellor provide virtual support in the convenience and safety of your own home. Our counsellors have much to offer in skill, support and coaching. We provide Motor Vehicle Assessments as well; working with patients and their insurers to provide the best assessment and counselling support possible. At HMCS, we are here to give clients the support they need, helping them resolve issues, heal and repair relationships. Anger Management Resolution Certification Course
HM Consulting Solutions Ltd. is pleased to offer a virtual 12-week anger management course for clients wanting to learn coping skills, tools, and tips to resolve anger and deescalate feelings of fear from the comfort of their own home.
Trisha Oghenekowho is HM Consulting Solutions Ltd. certified Anger Management Specialist, trained through the National Anger Management Association. The National Anger Management Association (NAMA) is the international professional association (represented in 26 countries) for the fields of anger management, crisis intervention and domestic violence.
As a certified Anger Management Specialist II, Trisha has been trained and certified to offer anger management groups, classes, and individual sessions. Through each session, participants learn to take responsibility for their anger. This makes HMCS’ anger management program a wonderful alternative to punitive incarcerations and fines which can be harmful to families and communities.
All clients will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
