I am able to provide services both virtually and in-person. My services extend to residents of Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. My standard rate is $75/hr but I am happy to offer a sliding scale rate between $20-$70 to make therapy more affordable and accessible where needed. These sliding scale spots are subject to availability.

I'm here to help you rediscover strengths, find clarity, and move forward with purpose. I prioritize providing evidence-based, compassionate therapy in a nonjudgmental setting. Therapy is not "one-size-fits-all" and my approach is tailored to you. I can incorporate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices.
I use a collaborative approach, ensuring your therapeutic journey incorporates your individual goals/values. My specialties include trauma, grief/loss, pregnancy/motherhood, ADHD, and anxiety. My training and experience in crisis response, trauma, and anti-bias/inclusion ensures that I’m equipped to handle a wide array of issues with the care you deserve.
