Jennifer is great, listened to what I was looking for and didn't push own agenda.
She checked in consistently, and always had the right words even when I hit personal lows, celebrated when I hit personal highs.

I help my clients reach their fitness goals by providing them with workouts that are appropriate for their goals. I ensure that the program offers consistent progressions to ensure they do not plateau.
I teach planning, prepping, and mindset skills that help them create the habits they need to be successful.
You can have the best workout plan in the world, but it only works if it suits the client and they are consistent with their workouts.

I love seeing my clients believe in themselves and achieve their goals, then setting new ones!

I have been an athlete for a long time. I was always active and pushing my limits.
Then I was diagnosed with breast cancer and my world came crashing down, I lost my independence. I searched for a trainer to guide me to getting strong again. When i didn't find what I was looking for I decided to get my own certifications so I could help other women feel empowered and strong.

I think clients should choose me if your goals align with my values. My values are as follows:
Creating healthy sustainable habits. Focusing on what you gain vs what you will lose (ex weight).
That fitness should be fun not a punishment. Fitness and nutrition are important but so is life balance.

I am absolutely dedicated to helping my clients succeed. But if your goals are to lose weight through fad diets, I am not the trainer for you.

I prefer to train remotely.
I have access to a video conference platform which is how we will meet 2 x a month for training up dates.. I also have an app which is how I will send all of your workouts and communicate during the week.

I train remotely , therefore there are no issues
should we meet in person we can discuss protocols

I provide fitness and nutrition coaching to women.
I specialize in women's coaching with an additional focus on coaching women through the menopause transition.

I follow a no dieting nutrition philosophy. Instead, I focus on teaching sustain habits that lead to a healthy body weight.

I specialize in behavioural modifications and education to create sustainable eating habits. You won't find any quick fixes or toxic diets with my service. I don't believe in restrictive eating. Instead we work on listening to your body's cues, mindful eating, and portion control. You can lose weight and still enjoy the foods you love!

I offer beginner triathlon coaching to individuals looking to complete their first triathlon. I also support people looking to take on their first 70.3 or 140.6.
Certified with UESCA endurance sports, NASM personal trainer and PN1 certified for a holistic approach to racing.
