What’s your signature dish?
Our Pesto Chicken Caprese Sandwich is hands-down the crowd favorite on our sandwich platters — fresh, bright, and packed with flavor. For a sit-down meal, our braised beef is rich, tender, and seriously decadent. And if you're looking for something interactive and fun, our Taco Bar is always a hit — complete with a street corn salad that people can’t stop talking about. Oh, and don’t sleep on our dessert platters — they’re the sweet finale every event deserves.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer flexible menus with two tiers — Classic Fare and Gourmet Selections — but everything is customizable. Whether you want to pick straight from our menus or create something totally unique, we work closely with you to craft a menu that reflects your taste, your event, and your vision.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to do what I love for a living. Food isn’t just my job — it’s my passion. Seeing people enjoy what we create and being part of their special moments is what it’s all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 15 years in the industry, I knew it was time to build something of my own. I’ve always had a burning passion for food, and starting Golly That’s Good! gave me the freedom to cook creatively, connect with my community, and serve people in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
