Exact Construction initiated business in the spring of 2000. As owner and operator, I and one employee began a journey that was very enjoyable and rewarding. We began with building decks, fences, garages, and small renovations, but soon we were designing and building complete homes. In 2004/2005 we had the opportunity to purchase a number of properties on which we constructed 12 new homes. From here we built many custom homes throughout the Fergus and surrounding areas. We also continue completing smaller jobs throughout this process as well. In 2006 we had the privilege to build a 26 unit commercial structure totaling 27,000 square feet. In 2008 our sole proprietorship incorporated, creating Exact Construction Ltd. Since then we have built many more complete custom homes, renovations, additions and much more. We also now have in house design services and can draw anything from small decks and sheds to custom homes and light commercial projects to bring these projects from initial design through to final finish construction.
