How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages can be converted to office, gym, or storage spaces. Having access to the main house is a good option but is not necessary.
Stand alone garages make for excellent conversions to suites and laneway houses.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Converting a garage usually means adding some electrical outlets, adding some better lighting, insulation, drywall, and painting. The floors can be covered with tiles, epoxy, murals, etc... let your imagination go!

Height restrictions and allowable living area are 2 main considerations in our area.
