May 28, 2025 entry: Mr. Pero came in the morning to replace an old ceiling fan and install a new one. He was courteous and was even able to remove the old fan to save me the trouble of its disposal. Thank you for your professional work! Dec 09, 2022 entry: Mr. Jason came once again to install an LED lighting fixture that had a blown capacitor. I had purchased a replacement on Amazon that was *close* not *not exact*. So I was glad he was able to fix the replacement fixture in the LED chandelier. He was also kind enough to apply a 25% discount to a repeat customer request -- every little bit helps. Clean up afterwards was thorough. Thank you! Mr. Jason was kind to explain the repairs to my Mom and me for an unreliable light source in a walk-in closet and electrical sockets around a kitchen sink that needed to be flush with new backsplash tile. Mr. Jason was polite and professional and presented all the options to help us decide. We do understand that there were some miscommunications from your initial phone call and the on site technician regarding pricing and we do apologize for that. The technician did have the knowledge to correct the doorbell transformer issue however we do understand that because of the pricing miscommunications this issue was chosen to not be resolved and he was only able to correct your exterior plugs power issue in the time alloted.
