The design industry shifted to allow for more remote services which in turn helps keep everyone safe from virus exposure. Design standards have shifted to allow for more space between workstations and allowing social distancing practices.

This package offers a high-level concept that visually represents the proposed look and feel of your upcoming project.
It includes either a site measurement or a review of existing drawings to develop a detailed space plan tailored to your needs—whether you're relocating, expanding, or downsizing.
A review of the Ontario Building Code is also included to ensure early-stage compliance and identify any potential challenges.
Detailed Design, Permit & Construction Drawing Package
A comprehensive set of detailed drawings designed to support on-site implementation with your contractor or to be submitted to the city for permit approval.
All drawings are created using AutoCAD and provided in PDF format for easy printing and use by you and/or your contractor.
