What guarantee does your work come with?
As a compan , here’s the exact warranty we sign on every contract:
10-year structural – foundations, framing, load-bearing members
2-year systems – roofing, windows, doors, plumbing, HVAC, electrical we install
1-year finish – drywall, paint, flooring, tile, millwork
Lifetime workmanship – our labour fails, we fix it free
All coverage is limited to defects caused by our workmanship or installation. Manufacturer defects, normal wear-and-tear, settlement movement, acts of God, floods, earthquakes, or owner alterations are excluded. Manufacturer warranties are transferred to you at possession; we assist with claims but carry no liability for factory defects or force of nature events.
We also carry $5 M general liability, full workers-comp.

I love the moment a client walks the finished space and says, “This is exactly what I pictured—only better.”
Turning lines on a page into walls, light, and laughter that a family will live inside for decades never gets old; it’s why I started swinging a hammer in the first place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was on my fathers site at 13, watching a carpenter turn a warped 2×4 into a perfectly square corner with two quick passes. I realized two things in the same breath: first, that precision like that is art; second, that the people who own the company rarely swing the hammer. I wanted to build a place where the people who actually do the work also make the decisions and keep the profit—so I hung my shingle the next Monday with one truck, one employee (me), and a promise to treat every job like it’s our own home.
