Abysmal service from a tenant perspective. Long wait time between requests for repairs and actual repairs. Poor customer relations, especially from the maintenance manager. It's been a bit of a nightmare ever since our landlord transferred he propert to br managed by them. More...

Very easy and clear website for tenants to use, However the average time from request to repair sits around one month. Had a shower that was leaking, Was unable to use having to shower at a friend's for over a month. Currently without a functioning dryer for Over a month

Often poorly managed utility bills and rent Saying they haven't received it when they have And as a client if you're not paying attention will be definitely be overpaying

The repairs team when they do come in generally do a really good job.

We are using virtual meetings with Clients, electronic signatures on Lease Agreements. Property Showings are by appointment only and only one group at a time can view the property.

We act on your behalf and provide services that make your life easy and hassle-free, including: being the point of contact for the Tenant, 24/7 Tenant Response, Online Rent Payment, Semi-annual Inspections, Fire Safety Inspections, Manage Utility Payments.

We focus on finding high-quality, AAA Tenants, to ensure that your investment is secure and cashflowing. We do the legwork for you, including: Property Advertising, Showings, Comprehensive Application and Screening Process, signing the Ontario Standard Lease, conducting an Incoming Inspection. We can provide Tenant Placement on its own, if you prefer to manage the property yourself.

Protect the value of your property with cost-effective preventative maintenance services, including: Annual Furnace Service, Annual A/C Service, Maintenance Inspections, whole-house Preventative Maintenance Analysis.

Not everyone needs full Property Management. This cost-effective service helps you to self-manage your property, by handling those calls that you dread. We are on call 24/7 for maintenance-related Tenant requests. You have full access to our network of Contractors and Skilled Trades, plus our in-house Maintenance Team. Your Tenants are provided with a Tenant Portal for non-urgent requests and an Emergency Phone Number for urgent issues.

We have a highly-skilled and knowledgeable in-house Maintenance Team and network of Contractors to provide responsive service to you and your Tenants. Our Inspection Reports are second to none, with comprehensive detail and photos provided to our Clients.
We also provide cost-effective Lawn Care and Property Cleanup for Clients wanting to keep their property in pristine condition.
