I hired euro home renovation to upgrade my bathroom this involved complete tear out the old and install all new shower, tiles, vanity etc. Nick is very hardworking and honest guy he went above and beyond to make this work, there were few issues that we didn’t know but he addressed them and made it work at no extra cost. Would give 0 rating. Biggest mistake we have made in our renovation journey as new home owner was go with this company. We had no tile in our laundry room and decided before our appliances are coming in we would like some time put in. It was going to be a rush job and we contacted Nick and asked if he could do it, he said he could so we agreed for him to do it. Had he told us it was gonna be a sloppy job we wouldn't have agreed.

Rush doesn't mean bad and incorrect installation. When we reached out after the job he basically blamed the tile and the rush job and everything else instead of taking accountability of the fact that he did a bad job. We expected him to be a professional and use his professional judgment, he never said there wasn't enough time and he never said once stopped to think hey the tile doesn't look good maybe we should stop. Instead he assured us it looks off cause it's wet. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

There isn’t a single reasonable person that would call your work a “job well done”. Between the issues with the colour of the tile, inconsistent placements, patchy grout work, globs of grout and glue, visible mesh and mess left behind in our basement area, this is not reflective of the professional work that was expected as part of our payment WHICH WE MADE IN FULL. There was no communication form the guy.

Now we have to go down the complicated legal process to get our money back and we are lucky that we can get legal advice and are aware of the consumer across but others may not be so lucky. It's gonna be long but we will not be scammed.

There is also shady business practices and if you google EuroHome you'll find a much of companies with similar name owned by the same guy and another person had a similar experience to us.

Respond to review or LIES Hey Faiza there are two sides to every story so this is your side which you have left out some important details but thats fine. I have the proof of our conversation and will be presented when the time comes hopefully before a judge. Tile job doesnt look satisfactory becouse of tile issues not the workmaniship you have to know the difference. I had asked the sales rep about tiles looking different but because of all the boxes had same dyelot/code they said it might be the mositure in the floor/concrete. And I told you that and you didnt say to stop and wait until someone from the supplier can come and check or figure out the issue. I am the guy that stands by my word but wont take the responsibility of the product that someone else made. I offered to come and do come fixing or touch ups ,clean up. that I take responsibility. I dont respond well to intimidation and threats. You simlpy didnt want the issue fixed only the money and you would still keep the floor otherwise why cleaned it youreslf . You wanted me to admit that tiles being wrong is my fault which is not the case. Refused to go the proper way and only belive that you are right which is not the case. You have told two LIES about me here on this post. 1. I dont have other companies just this one. I know there are companies with name similarities but they are not the same . I think you know the difference but just trying to smear my name. All my reviews tell different story about me people that have done much bigger and complicated jobs than yours. 2. Second LIE .That thread about Homestars review again its not me thats not my company read better. I dont. have home stars profile or account or anything like that. So how do you levae a review if there is no account on that platform. If I would not have Bark account you wouldnt have a chance to write here. So simple to catch you lying. Also learn some manners and dont text people at 2 am doesn't matter who it is. That tells a lot about you, obviously not a good sign for you as a person. My score about you as a client if i had a chance would be-0.

They did the job the job perfectly, no issues what-so-ever. Would definitely hire again. Made getting this project done easy for me.

After interviewing 3 other contractors we decided to hire Nick and his company Euro home Reno to renovate two bathrooms. Main bathroom and master ensuite that was converted from tub to stand in shower. Nick is truly a knowledgeable in his trade and project went smooth as it was described beforehand. We love our new updated bathroom and I especially love my bench seat in my new shower that was a tricky to build because of all the pipes behind but Nick came up with a great idea to build a corner seat for easier access to the shower. Nick and his team were a pleasure to work with from the beginning.
I originally hired Euro Homes to only remove the popcorn ceiling and cover original floors with vinyl throughout a house I recently purchased, but I ended up almost completely gutting my house! The whole project took just over 4 weeks and with the popcorn ceiling removal included: removing all laminate and tiles (under the laminate floor), installing new subfloor, vinyl and baseboards throughout 2 floors, sanding, staining and painting my staircase two-tone, demolishing and rebuilding 3 bathrooms, and removing a wall between kitchen and dining room to open up the space.
I will definitely call Euro Homes back in a few months when I’m ready to redo my basement! More...
