What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start my own business grew from a shared vision with my partner, Joshua Massey, who serves as the Operations Director at Chosen Path Innovations. Together, we set out to create something greater than just a consulting firm—a movement toward empowered, inclusive communities and sustainable business success. With over 20 years of operational expertise, Joshua complements my strengths as a neurodivergent HR professional, allowing us to navigate complexities, drive meaningful change, and deliver solutions that truly matter.
