Went to drop off a prescription after work for pickup at a location closer to my house. The pharmacist said they could complete the process but wouldn’t because it’s “too much work”. I wish I was paraphrasing.

The service is extremely slow. Said 30 minutes and waited almost 1 hour. Go to any independent pharmacy and pick up in less than 10 minutes. Only reason came here because medication is back ordered. More...

Review to the pharmacy. 31 minutes wait , from the beginning they said, you’re caller number one in the queue please wait, after 31 minutes wait they hangs up 🥲

Have said it more than once: to me this top-down franchise has a lot of unhappy people, some of them always tasked to try to get us to use the auto checkouts.
