What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a goal-driven person and have had a strong passion to help others succeed. I saw a need in the market for businesses who were looking for an HR person, but didn't necessarily need someone to be there all the time. By choosing to sign with me, you're cutting the cost of hiring HR in half but still have the support that you need from a senior HR Director/Manager. No job is too small or too big, working with small startups to multi-national organizations.

I also provide the flexibility for my clients by also providing on-site support coast to coast where I've travelled to Ottawa, Toronto, Victoria, Vancouver, Okotoks, Edmonton, Regina, and many more.
