What do you love most about your job?
The people and their stories! So hopeful....I know that people are the most resilient and capable species. We all want to be happy, healthy and fulfilled in our lifetime. Everyone deserves to be! I love seeing personal insights..the "a ha's", the smiles and the results when people are empowered and launched to live well each and everyday!
What inspired you to start your own business?
3 small kids (20 years ago!) and a desire to be self-employed. As an RN in a busy Emergency Dept I was good at the crisis counseling necessary. I went on to work in the sexual assault department and began counseling formally. The health & wellness side has always been in me and I began studying nutrition & hormones as I recognized the important role these play in our day to day well-being!

I am known to be compassionate and very easy to speak with. I am solution-focused so clients fee/see changes quickly which is encouraging.
