This Contractor is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE & OVERPRICED!

Good Morning Noor, I’m sorry you feel that way. 31k+HST To renovate a bathroom install all new LVP and tile throughout most of the cottage- Paint the cottage interior - install new baseboards and casing - plumbing- electrical for the new hot water tank - build waterproof enclosure for the hot water tank - remove and reinstall kitchen base cabinets for flooring - drywall, mud/tape and sand the one bedroom - insurance - WSIB Install vanity and vanity backsplash - and remove all rubbish/garbage from site. We feel this is the appropriate price for this scope. Don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss further. Unfortunately some contractors don’t have or pay for the proper insurance and other standard expenses that we do. We also strive for a higher standard of quality.
