We had our main bathroom renovated and our second bathroom made fully accessible by Nestor and his crew. This was a complicated job in that we needed one accessible washroom throughout the work. Nestor had given us the most reasonable and transparent quote, and we were impressed by his professionalism, kindness and clear communication. During the project (which was finished as quickly as humanly possible), we were bowled over by the skill and hard work of his crew. The main washroom (gutted and changed from bathtub to walk-in shower with all new tile) is beautiful and feels larger with the new design, along with tile to the high ceiling. Nestor's crew members did careful, meticulous work and were consistently thoughtful. The tiled bench at the back of the shower was itself a tricky project, but we've found it drains well, is very useful and looks amazing. And after the job was finished, when one of the toilets rocked a bit, Nestor came out that day to fix it, making his guarantee for the work quite clear. Overall, this was the best work we have ever had done on any renovation, and we will always recommend Nestor and his crew as top professionals. With recommendation from neighbours, we arranged for Bathroom Renos to quote and ultimately chose them to fully renovate our main bathroom. Nestor gave us a very competitive quote and was very accommodating on schedule and provided good ideas on designs and supplier recommendations. The work Nestor and his team performed was excellent with great attention to details. I was also pleased that they installed proper waterproof membranes and backer boards in our new walk-in shower. Each day they put out mats to protect floors throughout the home and ensured the working area was clean and neat. During the project, we made a few minor changes and improvements and Nestor was always happy to oblige our changes. When the job was completed, we liked the work so much that we had his team come back and renovate our basement bathroom to install a deeper tub with new tile. Nestor was very engaged on a daily basis throughout our entire project and was quick to deal with any surprises or issues we encountered. And most importantly, he stands by his work and has graciously returned to support a minor warranty issue we encountered. Nestor and his team are really good at their craft. Not only that, they are really good at estimating how much it will cost as well and also give you options you can choose from depending on your budget. We had our bathroom renovated a bit, with shower floor tiles changed and they did a great job with sealing the floor first, proper grout and making the floor tiles properly working so the water does not accumulate anywhere. The suggestions they made for which tiles to get depending on our needs also worked so well. Finally, we needed a support bar installed and that is also done right to the measurement. 10/10 will hire them again if and when we need to. More...

Two months ago we hired Nestor and his team to do a major bathroom renovation repairing a hole in the floor, tiling the floor, walls and shower enclosure, installing an exhaust fan (which required making a hole in the wall of the house) and new toilet, vanity and taps. Every evening the workplace was cleaned up and all equipment and tools were tidied. The workmen were quiet, polite and never intrusive and Nestor himself was attentive and very helpful at resourcing all the extra hardware needed (tiles, hinges, etc.). Nestor and his crew, Freddy and Jay, turned a small, dilapidated basement bathroom into an inviting space, and gave a worn upstairs bathroom a face lift. The basement bathroom had been poorly designed and constructed. They demolished the interior to install a heated floor, and a beautiful tiled shower stall. They repositioned the toilet and vanity, and set a medicine chest and storage cabinet into the wall. They finished with a nice coat of paint. The upstairs bathroom was showing its age but remained solid. They removed and replaced random damaged tiles, re-caulked the bathtub area, re-plastered the ceiling where a fan had been installed, replaced a switch box, changed all the towel bars then painted. The room has been refreshed. Among other things, Nestor supplied multiple tile options. He acquired non-slip tiles for the floors. He makes sure the clients get exactly what they want. For instance, as I could not find a vanity and cabinet doors that I liked in the required size, he arranged custom wood units at a reasonable price. Freddy and Jay work diligently and carefully to get the job done as quickly and neatly as possible. Pricing is fair. Nestor quotes on the cost of labour and some construction supplies. The tiles, toilet, vanity, accessories, etc. are chosen by the clients and billed separately so the cost is at the clients’ discretion. Over the years, we have had many contractors and service people work in our house. In addition to providing an outstanding result, they were amiable people to have about the house.
